Thinking of becoming a charity trustee? Maybe you are a trustee and unsure what you are supposed to be doing? Then come along to this workshop!

The session will cover the following:

• What is a trustees role and duties?

• What liabilities does a trustee have?

• How to improve your skills and knowledge as a trustee of a charity

This session will be presented by Paul Feenan and Ellis Pugh from the charity law team at Geldards LLP. Ellis works on the full range of charity law matters from registration, amending governing documents and restructuring, to regulatory compliance and more. In addition to his charity law work, Paul is also an experienced corporate lawyer advising businesses of all sizes on the full range of company law matters.

If attendees have any specific questions they would like answered in relation to the trustee role, provided they are received no later than a week before the event they will be incorporated into the presentation.
