Previous meetings

6 April 2017

Many thanks to Jenny for the information about the STP or Joined Up Care Derbyshire as it is now called. Although taking matters forward will be slower than originally envisaged, engagement with patients and the public is being planned with the first event in the City Centre at St Peter's Church in May. Look out for more information about this. The point was made in the meeting that although the VCS can be a useful route to reach some parts of the community and patients and the public who do not traditionally engage through more formal routes, there also needs to be opportunities for the sector to engage as partners in supporting health and wellbeing. It was suggested that the new 'place' arrangements will give opportunities for this to happen.

Also many thanks to Lisa for her timely reminder of the importance of knowing what your OUTCOMES are, what IMPACT you are making and how you might set about measuring these. Lisa is happy to be contacted if you need further advice and her presentation is available below.
